ECOPRODUCT is currently implementing a project in the Bashkir Trans-Ural region to produce freeze-dried organic products. It mainly focuses on Bashkir kumis and mare milk, as well as other short shelf life foods. Our production facilities are located in the Baymaksky district of Bashkortostan. Here we have favourable ecological and climatic conditions with meadow steppes, rich in herbs, where various types of medicinal feather grass, fescue, oats, hybrid sedum, and mountain orostachys prevail. All that provides a unique fodder base for animals and contribute to obtaining high-quality mare milk and kumis. We rely on the up-to-date scientific experience and research of biologists from the Moscow State University. Our program engages highly qualified experts, so, with the right reconstituting process, we can offer the product with highly preserved microorganisms, nutritional value and properties of natural kumis saturated with alcohols.
