GENTAS is in the top three of the world's leading manufacturers of HPL with a production capacity of 11 million m2/year. The quality of HPL panels GENTAS is confirmed by the European quality certificates and a number of completed projects around the world. High pressure laminate GENTAS is a panel manufactured by impregnating a certain number of craft paper layers by phenolic thermoplastic resin under pressure of 100 bar and temperature of 150 for a certain period of time. This technique ensures complete monolithic material. The front and back side are press-fitted during the production process of melamine paper coated with protection against UV radiation and an acrylic coating for wear resistance.
